Sadara sources material and services from manufacturers, contractors, and suppliers who meet our high quality, sustainability, environmental, health, and safety practice standards.
Our procurement policy prioritizes high-quality “Made in Saudi” products, supporting local content and building long-term partnerships.

We encourage all competent suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers to register through the Sadara Suppliers Portal, an electronic gateway that simplifies registration and expedites onboarding and qualification processes.
The portal serves as the main communication platform between Sadara’s Procurement Department and our suppliers, facilitating collaboration and enabling participation in Sadara bid opportunities.

Sadara, in partnership with SAP-Ariba, is transforming its vendor registration, sourcing, and procurement processes to enhance efficiency. SAP-Ariba, a leader in e-Commerce solutions, supports strategic sourcing and operational procurement.

Through Sadara’s Supplier Portal, you can easily create and update your profile, respond to qualification requests, and engage with our procurement team, ensuring a successful partnership through effective communication.

As part of Sadara's evolution into an efficient performance-driven organization, Sadara's Supplier Portal allows suppliers to:

Register and apply for pre-qualification.
Track registration and prequalification status online.
Update company profiles easily.
Receive timely reminders to renew licenses and certificates before expiration.

While registering and qualifying as a Sadara supplier demonstrates your interest, it does not guarantee future business opportunities with Sadara. We believe in building strong, sustainable partnerships with suppliers who share our commitment to quality, safety, and excellence.

Company profile (providing information about the company, including your business activities, size, business in the region etc.).

Technical data and specifications of products/services for which you have registered (if any).

Copy of valid commercial registration.

Copy of valid chamber of commerce and industry membership.

Copy of the article of association (non-applicable for establishments).

Copy of VAT registration certificate.

Copy of valid zakat and income certificate.

Copy of valid Saudization certificate.

Copy of valid general organization for social insurance (GOSI certificate).

Copy of valid industrial license (applicable only for manufacturers).

Copy of valid registered agency certificate, stamped by the Chamber of Commerce.

Designated authorized person letter, stamped by the Chamber of Commerce (add the authorized person's phone and email).

Official bank letter with your company bank account details (letter must be issued from the bank).

Sadara Supplier Code of Conduct, signed and stamped.

Company profile (providing information about the company, including your business activities, size, business in the region etc.).

Technical data and specifications of products/services for which you have registered (if any).

Recent representation letter from manufacturer(s)/your principal(s) local/foreign source(s) (if any).

Copy of valid industrial license (applicable only for manufacturers).

Copy of valid commercial registration/government license certificate.

Copy of the article of association (non-applicable for establishments).

Copy of TAX / VAT registration certificate.

Designated authorized person letter, signed and stamped (add the authorized person's phone and email).

Official bank letter with your company bank account details (letter must be issued from the bank).

Sadara Supplier Code of Conduct, signed and stamped.
