Apprenticeship Program

Apprenticeship Program

The Apprenticeship Non-Employee Program (APNE) provides eligible High School and Vocational College Graduates Non-Employee (VCGNE) with the opportunity to receive paid training to improve their skills to match Sadara standards. After training is complete, they have the opportunity to be hired as a regular employee if they meet or pass the minimum requirements for the specific profession, as per the Apprenticeship Program Guidelines and other related agreements.

Internship / Co-Op Program

A structured program that gives students from accredited universities and institutes practical and challenging work experience as part of their degree requirements. In addition, this program is part of Sadara community outreach and social objectives.

The On-the-Job-Training (OJT) Program is part of Sadara’s candidate pooling mechanism to provide college/institute diploma/higher diploma holder students with hands-on training at Sadara according to business needs.

Sadara Professional Development Program (SPDP)

Sadara Professional Development Program (SPDP)

SPDP comprises a robust, competency-based learning journey through which professional employees are developed to help them excel in their roles. SPDP offers a mix of developmental and experiential learning activities, which equip participants with the right skills and knowledge to meet organizational goals. SPDP consists of two major development tracks:

  • Talent Foundation Program (TFP): Designed for fresh-graduate professionals (0-3 years).
  • Advanced Level Program (ALP): For professionals past entry-level experience (3 years or more).
