Audit & Legal
The Audit & Legal teams are a trusted and high-value resource for Sadara's management and employees, supporting the company’s business goals and functions by delivering timely legal services, counsel, and independent, objective assurance and consulting activities that add value and enhance operational performance. Beyond monitoring daily activities and transactions, the Audit and Legal division proactively partners with Sadara’s teams to strengthen internal alignment and facilitate effective coordination and communication across the company and with external stakeholders.
Administrative & Support Services
The Administrative Support Services teams provide well-ordered and regulated support to Sadara in performing the day-to-day tasks that keep an office running smoothly and efficiently. The work of an administrative manager/assistant includes general office management, answering phone calls, client interaction, employee assistance, and clerical work (including maintaining records and entering data), among a variety of other tasks. Finance & Accounting
By managing the largest project financing in the Middle East and the largest Sukuk issuance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Finance and Accounting teams enable world-class finance and control operations. They uphold the highest quality standards in overseeing the company's cash and foreign exchange positions, ensuring an efficient financing structure and strong banking relationships. The teams also carry out financial reporting in accordance with Saudi Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards, and United States GAAP, ensuring transparency and accuracy in communicating financial performance to stakeholders.
Manufacturing & Engineering
The Manufacturing & Engineering (M&E) teams are responsible for the technical management, maintenance, and continuous development of Sadara’s production lines – both new and existing – to ensure continuous improvement in the company’s manufacturing processes. They safeguard product and process quality and provide essential information for manufacturing decision-making, by applying strong technical expertise, analytical capabilities, and commercial awareness.
