JUBAIL, Saudi Arabia, Feb. 1, 2026 — Sadara Chemical Company (Sadara) today announced the signing of a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Rossari International Limited Company (Rossari), a wholly owned subsidiary of Rossari Biotech Limited, to explore the supply of essential feedstock for production of various specialty chemicals by Rossari’s proposed state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Kingdom of Saudia Arabia. The signing ceremony took place at Sadara Business Complex in Jubail Industrial City.
Rossari will convert Sadara’s produced feedstock into a portfolio of specialty chemical products primarily aimed at the construction, infrastructure, agrochemicals, consumer goods, homecare, personal care and oilfield services sectors.
The signing was attended by Majed AlUteibi, Deputy Minister for Oil and Gas Technical and Regulatory Affairs at the Ministry of Energy, and Riyad Al Wabil, Senior Advisor and Director of the Technical Studies and Regulation Department (Petrochemicals) at the Ministry of Energy.
Speaking at the ceremony, Sadara’s Chief Executive Officer Fayez Alsharef said: "This collaboration reinforces Sadara’s commitment to industrial integration and downstream growth. It strengthens our contribution to Vision 2030 through economic diversification, job creation, localization, and enhances the Kingdom’s competitiveness in regional and global markets."
